AASLD and the Egyptian Society of Liver cancer (ESLC) is holding a two-days meeting in Cairo .The event includes scientific sessions, workshops and three satellite symposia focused on updates in liver diseases. The program will include viral hepatitis, steatotic liver disease, hepatocellular carcinoma cirrhosis, general hepatology updates and liver transplantation.
Objective:
The inaugural meeting of the American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases (AASLD) and the Egyptian Society of Liver Cancer (ESLC) joint AASLD- ESLC Hepatology CONNECT in Egypt, held for the first time in the region, aims to facilitate the exchange of knowledge, research and best practices in the field of hepatology within the context of the Middle East and Africa. By bringing together leading experts, researchers and healthcare professionals from diverse backgrounds, the conference seeks to foster collaboration, encourage the dissemination of cutting-edge research and promote advancements in the understanding and management of prevalent liver diseases in the region.
